PAK888 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Rights & Player Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PAK888 platform, including all betting, casino, live casino, and related services accessible via pak888.ws and any associated mobile interfaces ("the Platform"). PAK888 refers to the operating entity behind the Platform.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree" at any point during registration or use, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

• Own use only: You may only register and use a PAK888 account on your own behalf. Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is not permitted.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion period, whether initiated by you on PAK888 or through any other responsible gaming programme that covers this Platform.
• Not a PAK888 employee: Current employees of PAK888 and its immediate family members are not eligible to hold a player account.

PAK888 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

To access PAK888's betting and casino services, you are required to open a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address.

KYC verification: PAK888 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with its licensing obligations. You may be asked to provide identity verification documents — such as a copy of your CNIC, a selfie, or proof of your registered payment method — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time PAK888 considers verification necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

Account currency: All PAK888 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Balances, stakes, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are all processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion applied at any point.

PAK888 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. PAK888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous payment sources. Deposits are generally credited immediately or within a few minutes. If a deposit is not reflected in your PAK888 balance within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. Withdrawal conditions: Any deposit bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 7 before withdrawal is permitted. Winnings generated from a free bet or bonus stake may be subject to additional conditions as specified in the individual promotion terms.

Abandoned deposits: PAK888 is not responsible for funds lost due to errors made by the player during the deposit process, including sending to incorrect wallet numbers or incorrect bank details. Always verify payment details before confirming any transaction.

All sports betting on PAK888 is subject to these general betting rules. Sport-specific rules and market-specific rules may supplement these general rules and are accessible within the relevant betting market on the Platform.

Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received a confirmed bet reference number. Displaying odds on the Platform does not constitute an offer that PAK888 is bound to accept at those odds. PAK888 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason.

Odds changes: Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time before your bet is confirmed. If odds have changed between you initiating a bet and confirmation being processed, PAK888 will notify you of the new price before confirming. Your accepted price preferences (accept better odds / accept any odds) govern how PAK888 handles these situations.

Void bets: PAK888 may void a bet in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the permitted delay window; the market is suspended before the bet is confirmed; a technical error affected the odds at the time of placement; or the result cannot be verified from official data sources. Voided bets are returned to your balance at the original stake amount.

Result verification: All bet settlements on PAK888 are based on official match data from recognised sports data providers and governing bodies. In the event of a discrepancy between data feed results and official results, PAK888 will use the official result as the basis for settlement, even if this requires resettlement of already-confirmed payouts.

Maximum payout: Single bet maximum payout is Rs 5,000,000 per event per player. Accumulator maximum payout is Rs 10,000,000 per slip. PAK888 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

Obvious errors: Where a bet was placed at a price that was clearly the result of a technical error or human error by PAK888's pricing team, PAK888 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake regardless of outcome. "Clearly erroneous" means odds that are materially out of line with the market at the time and that a reasonable player would recognise as incorrect.

PAK888's online casino and live casino sections are subject to these general Terms in addition to the specific rules of each individual game, which are accessible within the game interface.

RNG games: All random number generator (RNG) casino games on PAK888 are operated using certified, independently tested algorithms. Return to player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game information panel. PAK888 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Live casino: Live casino games are operated by independent studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Their game rules, as displayed in the relevant game lobby, apply to your session. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and account closure.

Wagering requirements: Most PAK888 bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 2,000 bonus means Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

Game contributions: Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Sports bets on settled markets typically contribute 100%. Online casino slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms. Void, refunded, or cashed-out bets do not contribute.

Minimum odds for bonus bets: To qualify towards wagering requirements, bets placed with bonus funds must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 unless the promotion states otherwise. Bets placed below this threshold do not count towards wagering completion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PAK888. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one PAK888 account, whether personally or through associates.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to use the Platform while under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor to access your account.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets using knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or non-public information that could influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Arbitrage and automated betting: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or services to place bets, or placing bets specifically designed to exploit pricing errors or guarantee profit regardless of outcome through coordinated activity.
• Abuse of promotions: Exploiting bonus terms through prohibited strategies including but not limited to matched betting, bonus hunting, or account collusion.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes against legitimate PAK888 charges.
• Platform interference: Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with PAK888's systems, databases, odds engines, or any other component of the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Money laundering: Using PAK888 as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. PAK888 reports suspicious activity to the relevant authorities and cooperates fully with investigations.

By PAK888: PAK888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where PAK888 reasonably believes that:

• These Terms have been breached;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes;
• The player has provided false or incomplete registration information;
• KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable timeframe;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to PAK888 or to the integrity of its platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, PAK888 will aim to complete the investigation and communicate an outcome within 14 days. Where closure is found to be unwarranted following investigation, any frozen balance will be released in full.

By the player: You may request closure of your PAK888 account at any time by contacting support at support@pak888.ws. If your request is a responsible gaming self-exclusion, PAK888 will action it immediately in line with its Responsible Gaming Policy. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC checks.

Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. PAK888 will notify you via your registered contact details before applying an administration fee to a dormant account balance. The monthly fee does not exceed Rs 200 or the remaining balance, whichever is lower. Accounts reaching a zero balance will be closed.

PAK888 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling is intended as entertainment. If it stops being that for you, PAK888 has tools to help you stay in control.

Available tools: Deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion are all available in your account settings. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour delay.

Self-exclusion: If you self-exclude from PAK888, your account will be suspended for the chosen period and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. PAK888 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players. Self-exclusion for gambling disorder is available for a minimum of six months and can be made permanent. Contact support to initiate this immediately.

Player obligations: You agree not to attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account or using another person's account. Doing so is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all accounts.

• Losses caused by delays in odds update during live events;
• Losses resulting from a temporary Platform outage or technical error where no confirmed bet was in place;
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

PAK888's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the balance held in your account at the time the cause of action arises.

PAK888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory requirements, platform updates, or changes in business operations.

When material changes are made, PAK888 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required urgently by law or regulation.

Your continued use of PAK888 following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or related to them, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PAK888 holds its operating licence. PAK888 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently.

Complaints process: If you have a complaint about PAK888, please contact support@pak888.ws in the first instance. PAK888 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 14 days. Complex disputes may take longer, and PAK888 will keep you updated on progress throughout.

Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through direct contact with PAK888, you may escalate it to PAK888's licensing body, whose contact details are available upon request from support.

Language: These Terms are written and interpreted in English. Any translated version provided for convenience does not take legal precedence over the English version.
